Carl's area of expertise is in market
modelling and Internet research. He has run many
web assessment projects for a range of clients.
These projects have covered the full life of a
web site from concept development and pre-launch
testing to developing recommendations and
guidelines for improvements to existing sites.
He also has extensive knowledge in the area of
market modelling, using the Dirichlet model of
repeat purchase, which is an important tool in
understanding marketing and buyer behaviour.
