Liz Gunner 2003 Ehrenberg Scholar

Liz won the Ehrenberg Scholarship on the strength of her extra-curricular activities and academic achievement, having received a Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) of 97.25. She also won a number of prizes and scholarships for her study at Walford Anglican School for Girls. These included the 2001 Walford Service Prize for service in a variety of co-curricular activities and student affairs and the 2001 Angela Lakin Memorial Prize for a very promising instrumental student. Liz was both Music Captain and Leader of the Senior Orchestra in 2001 and was elected School Prefect in 2000 and 2001.

Liz was awarded a GAP Scholarship in 2002 and spent six months in Hungary teaching English as a second language before enrolling in the Bachelor of Management (Marketing) / Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) in 2003. During her time at UniSA Elizabeth has worked as a Research Assistant for the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science and spent six months on exchange in Valencia, Spain. She has been a member of the Chancellor and Dean’s Merit Lists as well as the Golden Key International Honour Society since 2003.
