David joined the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute in 2019 as a Marketing Scientist after several years working in the advertising and video production industry.

David’s main research interest is in services marketing, with his current research focusing on the value of physical availability for service brands.

David is actively involved in a diverse range of research projects for the clients at the Institute and has gained experience in data coding, data analysis and reporting.
