Deputy Director, Commercial
As the Institute’s Commercial Director, Elké Seretis manages the Institute’s Business Team and oversees all business operations. This includes client relationship management, client procurement, marketing, finance, field operations and business development.
Elké has experience managing comprehensive projects involving multiple stakeholders. Significant projects include organisation and coordination of the national ANZMAC conference in 2012 and overseeing the publication and sales process for Byron Sharp’s book How Brands Grow. Elké also coordinates and runs the Institute’s three Advisory Boards in North America, Europe and Australia.
