Deputy Director, Commercial

Elké Seretis is the Deputy Director (Commercial) at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute.

Elké manages the Institute’s business and marketing team and oversees all business operations. This includes client relationship management, client procurement, marketing, finance, field operations and business development.

Elké has experience managing comprehensive projects involving multiple stakeholders. Significant projects include organisation and coordination of the national Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) conference in 2012 and overseeing the publication and sales process for Professor Byron Sharp’s book How Brands Grow. Elké also coordinates and runs the Institute’s three Advisory Boards in North America, Europe and Australia.
