Jakir joined the Institute in 2021 as a Marketing Scientist following 11 years of academic experience. His main area of research is price promotion and brand loyalty, specifically whether heavily price-promoted brands have high or low loyalty.

Jakir has experience in a range of areas, including data coding and analysis, research development and project management.
