Marketing Scientist

Louise joined the Institute in 2020 as a Research Project Officer before becoming a Marketing Scientist in 2021. Her primary area of expertise lies within the fields of e-commerce and brand identity. Louise’s current research examines the effectiveness of Distinctive Assets in e-commerce environments to uncover insights regarding successful methods for brands competing online.

Louise has experience in research design, questionnaire development, data collection management, analysis and reporting of data.
