Consumer attitudes to low alcohol wine: an Australian sample

Abstract: The article offers information on the domestic demand for low alcohol wines in Australia. The authors findings suggest that only if low alcohol wine were to taste similar to standard wines, consumers would be prepared to purchase these products in situations where they need to drive after drinking, for health reasons and to consume more without the effects of alcohol
