Inside the head of a Chinese consumer

Author: Lockshin, Larry

Abstract: A Project funded by the Australian Grape and Wine Growers shows that Australia trails France and even Italy in perceptions as a quality wine producing country. Many Chinese have few perceptions at all about Australia. These need to be built to enhance Australia’s success in selling wine in China. The purpose of this project is to track the behaviour and beliefs of imported wine consumers in China towards regions, varieties and countries for Australia and its main competitors
